Social media is one of the most important ways to get your home listing out to the public. It is a useful tool because it allows prospective buyers to be informed of new properties on the market in platform that they’re already using. (ie. people have to go out of their way to visit MLS, but a home can pop up in someones feed).
Even if people aren’t interested, they can share the post to someone they know who is actively looking for a new home.
I will take the photos and videos that we have take and create a customized series of posts on the home, and will stagger posts as a part of the marketing schedule. I will make multiple posts with different highlights and features (1st post generic, 2nd post kitchen, 3rd post backyard)
I actively follow up on any questions or comments made on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and aim to convert these interactions into showings.
My budget for photography/videography/advertising is more than 2x the average of other Realtors. This is a great tool to increase my sphere of influence and draw people from varying levels of interest that might not initially be willing to visit the home or book a showing.
Very few agents post video on their listings on MLS due to branding restrictions, however i provide “unbranded” video to MLS which help make your listing stand out.
Your listing will also be posted to www.epprealty.ca. I actively advertise my personal brand with social media and google which helps drive specific attention to your listings.
