Josh helped my wife and I buy our first home. From the beginning stages to finalizing the deal, this guy put in the work. He was available whenever we called or texted with questions and was quick to get us into to showings. 

For first time homebuyers, buying can be a daunting and scary task. Josh was there every step of the way to make it as painless and smooth as possible!

We’ve been meaning to write Josh a review for months now, but we’ve been busy at our new place. I guess you can say that’s the best review you can give a realtor; when you’re so busy in your new place they got you into!

Seriously though, we can’t thank Josh enough for all the work he put in to selling our place and finding us a new home. We have dealt with a lot of realtors in the past and they all claim to put “people before properties”, but none of them did that evidently until we worked with Josh.

Not only does he say it with his words, but with his actions as well. He sincerely listened to us and addressed our concerns and worries with listing and selling, and gave us his honest opinion with both selling and buying a new place. He was super thorough and gave his unbiased opinions on who to use for different things like inspection, mortgage and insurance. This experience was definitely way more seamless and smooth than our past purchasing experience.

Our parents all even said how happy they were with how great we were treated through our experience and that they will be using Josh for any selling and buying of properties moving forward.

We will never use another realtor, so Josh, you’d better never retire! 😆
